At Snuggle Pride we want you to love your blanket. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused or gently used, and in its original packaging where possible.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at harper.ubiaga@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send products back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your blanket arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the flag or color you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order blankets cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
