  1. Our marketing imagery is AI-assisted — the photography, video and other creative content we publish on this site, in our emails and on our social channels is created, enhanced or generated using artificial-intelligence tools. It is styled and illustrative: it is there to show the character, mood and finish of the product, and is not an exact photographic record of the individual item you receive. People, rooms, props and settings shown in our imagery are illustrative and are not included with any purchase.

  2. Size and scale — the product may not be the same size as it appears in our images or videos. Scale in our imagery is illustrative only, and no dimension, measurement or size comparison shown or implied anywhere on this site, in our marketing or on our social channels forms part of your contract with us. If exact dimensions matter to your purchase, please email us before ordering and we will measure a unit for you.

  3. Colour, finish and hand-made variation — every piece is cast, painted and finished by hand. Colour, tone, paint coverage, crystal shade and small sculpted details vary from unit to unit and will differ from the images shown, and screens render colour differently. These variations are a characteristic of a hand-finished item rather than a fault. Our 30-day refund policy always applies if the piece simply isn't for you.

  4. Orders — we may refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors). If we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund.

  5. Pricing — prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and can change at any time without notice. The price at the time of your order is what you pay.

  6. Use of the site — you agree not to misuse this site, attempt unauthorised access, or use our content or imagery without written permission.

  7. Liability — to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights you hold under Australian Consumer Law or the equivalent consumer protections in your country, including your right to goods that are of acceptable quality and that match their description.
