Thank you for shopping with Snuggle Pride. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods such as new launches or holidays, processing may take a little longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on your location, customs processing, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your blanket every step of the way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be applied automatically.
Lost or Delayed Orders

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
